Talent Application

 

The 15th Annual Eagle Rock Music Festival is scheduled for Saturday, October 5, 2013. If you are interested in performing at this festival to celebrate our community’s diversity, please download our ERMF Talent Application Guidelines.

How to apply:

  • Please fill out the ERMF Talent Application Form below
  • After you submit your application click on the Paypal link located below the application form to pay for your ERMF Application Fee. Please include the name of your artist/band in your payment.

Please Note:

  • Center for the Arts Eagle Rock will review all complete applications
  • Due to the high volume of applications received only applicants selected to participate in the Eagle Rock Music Festival will be notified by August 9, 2013.
  • Please do not contact Center for the Arts Eagle Rock regarding the status of your application. If you have other questions regarding the Eagle Rock Music Festival please email ermf@cfaer.org

Before submitting your talent application, please confirm the following:

All materials submitted will be retained by Center for the Arts Eagle Rock and will become the property of Center for the Arts Eagle Rock *
Any expenses you incur during the application process are your sole responsibility *
The $20 Application Fee is nonrefundable *
Only one band application per artist/band *
Talent applications received without correct application fee will not be accepted *
