Street Preachers is a visual commentary on the social, political, and urban life experience as seen through the eyes of Los Angeles female street artists. Street art has gained unprecedented exposure to larger audiences thanks to numerous highly publicized gallery and museum exhibitions throughout the country.
Street Preachers features work from four female street artists: Kym CBS, Sarah’s Incognito, Jules Muck and Annie Preece. Street Preachers is not only a presentation of the work of female street artists but also a celebration of the unique artist community and urban life of L.A. Funding for this exhibition was made possible by the Pasadena Arts Alliance and the Los Angeles County Arts Commission.
