What We Do

Center for the Arts Eagle Rock produces concert series, experiential sound events, music-related workshops, and more.  In keeping with our mission, our music events are contemporary and innovative.  Our musical programming gives opportunity to local, emerging artists, and acts as an incubator for interdisciplinary performance.

Below is a sampling of past performances in our space:

Dorian Wood + Chamber Orchestra

Singer/composer Dorian Wood performs for one night only, Saturday, October 26 at the Center For The Arts Eagle Rock, accompanied by a 17-piece chamber orchestra. On this evening, Dorian will perform a collection of doomsday-themed songs from his most recent album, Rattle Rattle, as well as newly-arranged selections from his previous releases.

The Mapping of Countries Yet to Come

The Mapping of Countries Yet to Come is a live multimedia performance and exhibition curated by and created for Center for the Arts Eagle Rock. This collaboration between Los Angeles based artists’ Miwa Matreyek and Steven Ellison (Flying Lotus) combines both artists’ talents, providing a unique combination of video, music and performance for audiences. This project marks the first time they have combined their talents to create a new piece of art.
