Please join us for a World on Fire virtual panel discussion on the effects of fire & climate change on flora, fauna and habitats, on April 23, 2021 from 5:00 - 7 p.m. featuring Occidental College's Dr. John McCormack (Director and Curator of Moore Lab of Zoology), Dr. Gretchen North (Professor and Endowed Chair of Biology), Dr. Amber Stubler (Assistant Professor of Biology), and Dr. Amanda Zellmer (Associate Professor of Biology), as they share their research in biodiversity, plant ecology, and marine and wildlife conservation as well as thoughts on sustainable responses to climate change for our community globally, and locally. The panel will be moderated by Occidental College Professor of Art and World on Fire exhibiting artist, Linda Lyke.
